Step:

  1. Clean prawns well and devein them

  2. Add onions to pan with oil

  3. Fry until they brown

  4. Add the red, green and yellow bell peppers

  5. Stir fry until peppers cooked but crunchy

  6. Add prawns too until moisture completely evaporates

  7. Stir fry until prawns are golden brown

  8. Sprinkle with chili flakes, mix and serve

  6. 1 tsp salt
