'Pinkie' lemon pancakes

Sift your flour together with the baking powder

Add in the sugar

Add in the strawberry red color and whisk

Add in the milk little by little untill you reach a smooth batter

Add in the eggs and mix

Add in the vanilla essence together with the lemon juice and mix

Melt the butter in a microwave and add into the batter

Mix to a smooth paste

In a pan on medium flame, pour in the batter using a scoop and allow to cook until air bubbles form...flip. do this for the rest of the batter
