Alpenliebe Candy Chocolates

Finely chopped dark chocolate compound. Crush alpenliebe candy(before opening the wrapper) with hand crusher.

Melt dark chocolate pieces in and microwave safe bowl for 45 secs -60 secs...or melt by double boiling method. Add crushed alpenliebe strawberry flavoured candy in melted chocolate.

Mix well and put in any shape chocolate moulds. Refrigerate for 10 mins. Keep refrigerated in Airtight container or wrap it wrapping paper and store at room temperature.
