Step:

  1. Boil 1/ 2 cup milk in a pan.Switch off the flame. Clean the dates & add to the warm milk.Soak for half an hour.

  2. After half an hour,mash the dates with fork & take out the seeds.

  3. Put it in the mixer & grind till it becomes smooth paste.

  4. Now add cream,1 cup milk & condensed milk. Grind again for once only.

  5. Pour it in the icecream mould & refrigerate for one day.

  6. Garnish with small Date pieces & serve chilled.

  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 4 tbsp condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup fresh cream
