Step:

  1. Whisk eggs in pie plate to blend. Place bread crumbs in second pie plate. Place cheese in third pie plate. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Coat chops completely with cheese, patting to adhere. Dip chops into eggs, then coat completely with bread crumbs, patting to adhere.

  2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in very large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, in batches if necessary, and cook until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side. Serve with lemon wedges.
