Avocado Egg Boat

Operation Time / 10 min Oven Temperature / 400 F Baking Time / 15 min

Preheat oven to 400F.

Cut the avocado in half. Hollow out the fruit a little. Mince the hollow-outed avocado and set aside until use.

Add the egg to the hollow.

Place the chopped avocado along the edge of the avocado. Sprinkle with the mayo, black pepper and salt.

Bake for 15 min or until the egg is half cooked.
