Step:

  1. Mash the paneer with masher.

  2. Add wheat flour,cornflour, orange colour & milk.Mix bhi well.

  3. Put this batter in a piping bag.

  4. Heat oil in a karahi.With the help of piping bag,make small small jalebis.

  5. Boil 2 cup water in a pan with 1 cup sugar,cook till sugar dissolves properly now sdd green cardamom powder & boil.Stir for a while & add saffron.Once it become according to consistency,switch off the flame.

  6. Soak prepared jalebi in this syrup for 5 minutes.

  7. Serve these jalebis hot.

Ingredients

  1. 125 gram paneer
  2. 4 tbsp Wheat flour
  3. 1 tbsp Corn flour
  4. 4 tsp milk
  5. 1 pinch Orange of food colour
  6. 1 cup Sugar
  7. 2 cup water
  8. Few Saffron strings
  9. 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  10. As needed Water
  11. as needed Oil for deep frying
