Step:

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Arrange peppers cut sides up on grill rack, cover and cook 4 min. or until well marked.

  3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chives; mix well. Spoon mixture into pepper halves. Sprinkle with chives.

  1. 12 mini sweet bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  2. 1/4 c finely chopped celery
  3. 1-1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
  4. 2 T fresh lemon juice
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 8 oz lump crab meat, shell pieces removed
  8. 3 oz whipped cream cheese, softened
  9. 1 T minced fresh chives
