Veg cake in microwave

Sieve or filter all dry ingredients in a bowl like maida, Coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, powder sugar. Mix all ingredients.

Add buttermilk and refined oil. Mix it in one direction.

Coating the microwave bowl with refined oil and sprinkle with maida. Tap the bowl 2- 3 times.

Microwave the batter for 3-5 minutes only. Check it with help of mouth stick. After cool the cake placed it in a plate and decorate with jems.
