    Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds and sauté the whole spices for few seconds or until fragrant.Now add chopped onions and sauté,add ginger garlic paste and sauté.

  7. Add prepared biryani masala.Microwave the chopped vegetables for two minutes.Now add them into pan.

  8. Mix well.Add roasted dry fruits,raisons.Now add boiled rice.Add saffron milk.Mix lightly and cover with lid to mix in with all flavours for about five minutes on very low flame.Add green leaves.Serve hot by garnishing in your own style.

  15. 1/2 Cup Carrots, Cut Diagonally
  16. 2 Tablespoon Ghee/ Butter
  17. 2 Cinnamon Stick
  18. 1 Bay Leaf
  19. 5-6 Green Cardamom
  20. 1 Star Anise
  21. 4-5 Cloves
  22. 1 Tablespoon Oil
  23. 1.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  24. 3 Tablespoon Cashew Nuts, Roughly Chopped
  25. 1 Cup Onions, Sliced
  26. 1.5 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  27. 3/4 Cup Tomatoes, Sliced
  28. 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  29. 2 Tbsp Fried Onions
  30. 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Roughly Chopped
  31. 1 Tablespoon Mint Leaves, Roughly Chopped
  32. 8 Tablespoon Warm Milk
  33. 20 Saffron Strands
  34. 2 Tablespoons Fried Onions
  35. 2 Tablespoons Mint Leaves, Roughly Chopped
