Step:
Peel and cut plantain into medium cubes. Add into a boiling pot with coconut milk. Pour in all the seasoning, black and fried yellow pepper, salt crayfish and dried shrimps
Allow to cook on medium heat and shake pot gradually or stir gently.. Once plantain is cooked and Pottage is forming, pour in the fresh shrimps and smoked fish.
Cook till shrimps are pink. Check for salt. Taste and give it a very good stir...if too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk..and then set aside... Your delicious Ukom Isip is ready...

4 firmly ripe plantain
3 cup coconut milk
5 fresh yellow pepper (grinded)
4 tablespoon grinded crayfish
1/2 kilo fresh shrimps or prawns
1 smoked fish ( I used tilapia fish?
I big onion chopped or sliced
1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
1 season cube
to taste Salt
2 handful dried shrimps
Some slices of scent leaves(optional)
