Step:

  1. For mixing apple, stir in a pot to caramelize then put apple and mix it well.

  2. Mix all the veges then add apple. Then Put in bowl.

  3. Mix the dressing in one bowl,stir well before throwing up the veges..

  2. 2 cups arugula
  3. 2 spring onion, sliced
  4. 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  5. 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  6. Dressing:
  7. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  8. 3 tbsp olive oil
  9. Juice of half lemon
  10. Salt and black pepper
  11. 1 1/2 tbsp water
  12. Mixing in apple:
  13. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  14. 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  15. 1 tsp brown sugar
