Step:

  1. In a sauté pan, over medium heat, cook cauliflower, onion, mushrooms, radishes & zucchini.

  2. After about 6 minutes of cooking, stir in the salt, pepper & garlic powder.

  3. When veggies are cooked through and tender, stir in the parsley and lime juice. Cook another 3-5 minutes. Then serve.

  1. 1 C. Cauliflower Crumbles
  2. 2 Tbs. Onion, chopped
  3. 4 Mushrooms, chopped
  4. 2 Radishes, diced
  5. 1/2 Zucchini, diced
  6. 1/4 tsp. Salt
  7. 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  8. 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  9. 2 Tbs. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  10. 1/2 Tbs. Lime Juice
