Step:

  1. Wash all the said vegestables (rocket,tomato) and cut it.

  2. Cut the eggplant like hand and fried. And cut also the mushroom.

  3. Slice the haloumie cheese and grill it til become brown.

  4. Fried the pine nuts.

  5. Mix in one bowl. Then pit the sauce and mix well before serve.

  6. Enjoy..
