Orange muffins with chocolate ganache#valentines recipe

Prepare your ingredients and assemble in a working area

Cream sugar n margarine till light n fluffy

Add eggs one at a time plus the orange juice

Sift in flour and fold inn

Add the zest fold inn

Pour into muffin pan lined with paper liners and bake for 15-18 mins @170℃

In a double boiler with heat proof bowl melt the chocolate with cream n color.Set aside to cool

Once cupcakes are cooled spread the chocolate n enjoy
