Step:
First soak the daal for about 6 hours then pressure cook it for 6 whistle. Now keep this aside.
In a Kadai add oil then jeera,saunf and let it splutter then add onions, hing,turmeric powder, ginger, garlic paste a pinch of salt and cook well it the raw smell goes.
To this add cooked moth daal with salt chole masala,chilli powder and pinch of black salt and cook it absorbs all the flavours. Now cool it mix in lime juice and transfer to a bowl and garnish with kasuri methi. Serve with roti.
