Step:

  1. Chop candy,heat milk on stove to 180* or just start to bubble. Turn milk off

  2. You may turn the heat back to bring it back to hot/warm

  3. Melt chocolate in microwave and add to warm milk stirring to add.

  4. Add 4TBSP sugar and stir

  5. Add marshmallows and enjoy
