Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine meat mixture ingredients. Divide into four portions and flatten into patties. Wrap a patty around each egg and seal closed.

  3. In another bowl, combine breading ingredients. Roll meat-wrapped eggs in breading mixture until thoroughly coated. Transfer to baking sheet.

  4. Bake about 25 min. Serve hot with mayo, mustard, Ketchup or BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  1. 4 hard-boiled eggs
  2. MEAT MIXTURE m
  3. 3.5 oz ham, minced
  4. 8 oz ground pork sausage
  5. 2 tsp paprika
  6. 1 tsp dried sage
  7. 1 tsp dried marjoram
  8. 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  9. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  10. to taste salt and pepper
  11. BREADING b
  12. 1/2 c ground pork rinds
  13. 2 T ground flax seed
  14. pinch salt and pepper
  15. 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese, optional
