Step:

  1. In pan on medium flame give tadka with seeds in butter

  2. Now add ginger garlic paste toamto

  3. Now add remaining spices and chopped bottle guard, cover with lid cook it for 5 mins.

  4. Add curd, sugar and salt cover it and cook again till soft

  5. Garnish with coriander and ready to serve

  1. 1 bottle guard
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 tsp butter
  4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  7. 1/2 tomato chopped
  8. 1 tsp chilli powder or chopped chilli
  9. 1 pinch sugar
  10. Coriander leaves for garnishing
