Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix ingredients together and form into meatloaf shape for your meatloaf pan.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Pour off the excess grease before glazing.

  4. Mix glaze ingredients. Glaze and bake for 6 minutes more.

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound hamburger
  2. 1/2 C oatmeal
  3. 1/2 C ketchup
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 Tbsp minced onion flakes
  7. to taste pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  9. 1 Tbsp mustard
  10. Glaze:
  11. 1/3 C ketchup
  12. 1 Tbsp brown sugar
