Step:
Grate radish,smear little salt and set aside for 15 minutes.Squeeze out excess water from radish.Set aside.Knead atta with 1tbsp oil,pinch of salt,little ajwain and little water.The excess water from radish may be added while kneading the dough. Cover with a samp cloth and set aside for sometime.
Meanwhile sprinkle little salt,red chilli powder,ajwain,garam masala,chopped green chillies, jeera and amchur powder,and chopped coriander. Mix well.
Make equal balls out of the dough.The dough can be rolled out in 2 ways.One by making a cup and stuffing mixture in it and gathering the edges and closing it. Care should be taken while rolling it as the mixture tends to come out.The other way is to roll out two chapattis. Spread the mixture on one chapatti Top it with another chapatti and seal the edges with little water.Roll out lightly and tawa fry till brown spots appear on the surface Flip and fry the other side.Serve hot with curd,pickle.

1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp amchur powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
To taste salt
As needed Refined oil for frying
