Boiled meat with curry and spices

Boiled potatoes and carrots

In a pot add oil, cumin and cardamon pod

Add the grounded scotch bonnet pepper and onion

Add slice onions fry it and add the meat stock

Allow it to cooked through for some minutes add seasoning

Add the boiled potatoes, carrots and peas

Allow it to simmer for about 10minutes,add one teaspoon of mix corn flour with water, so as to thicken the soup

Serve with white rice or chips
