Simple vanilla cake#mums recipe

Cream the butter with sugar until light n fluffy

Add the eggs one at a time plus the essence n continue beating

Sift the flour n baking and add in the mixture alternating with milk in two additions mix until a batter is formed

Pour in a prepared baking tin and bake at 180 for 45-60mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean

Decorate with whip cream,grated white chocolate n sprinkles.
