  2. Place roast in crock pot, and top with all other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  1. 3-5 pound chuck roast
  2. 1 packet ranch dressing mix (powder)
  3. 1 packet dried onion soup mix
  4. 8-10 pepperoncini peppers
  5. 1/2 c. pepperoncini pepper juice
  6. 1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup)
