  3. In a bowl beat the eggs with pepper, add the onion, spinach, and ricotta, mix well
    Then add the Parmesan and Italian cheese and ham, mix well all the ingredients
    Refrigerate the filling for a day so that the flavors are integrated

  4. 1 libra of boiled fresh spinach or frozen chopped spinach
  5. 10 oz italian style cheese finely shredded
  6. 5 oz. parmesan grated cheese
  7. 5 oz. cooked ham finely chopped
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
