Step:

  1. In medium flame give tadka in oil with seeds

  2. Add peas and garlic onion powder.

  3. Roast till peas changes colour. Add all remaining ingredients. Roast for 1 min and serve.

  3. 1 tsp asafoetida/hing
  4. 1/2 tsp powder sugar
  5. 1 tsp aamchur powder
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp chat masala
  8. 1 tsp garlic onion powder
  9. 1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
