Step:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time and keep mixing, add flour and milk in 3 batches, add Lemon zest. Grease a pan,transfer batter into pan and bake in a pre heated oven for 15mins.

  5. 250 g butter
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. Lemon zest as required
