Step:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to form a soft dough

  2. Roll out and cut the doughnuts, arrange on a floured tray and cover to rise for 30mins

  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown, coat with sugar while its still hot and serve warm or cold

  4. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 cup warm water
  7. 1 tsp yeast
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Sugar with cinnamon for coating
