Garlic mashed potatoes

Boil potatoes in salty water until cooked

Drain water and mash them. I used a spoon

Sauté garlic in butter but dont let it brown

Add the mashed potatoes and milk, season with pepper as desired and keep stirring constantly to mix everything up and warm it through. They will start to come together like ugali

Remove from heat and serve as desired. I served with beef
