Step:

Boil the sweet potatoes n let them cool
Slice the potatoes in desired shape
Mix the flour with spices,salt,onions,n coriander
Add water to form a paste n add the sliced potatoes
Heat oil in a pan and toss in the potato's
Cook until ready n cripsy
Enjoy with ketchup,beef stew.They are delicious n very tasty

3 sweet potatoes boiled
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garam masala
2 bunch corriander chopped
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp egg yellow color
1 tsp Tumeric powder
to taste Salt
1 large onion finely chopped
Water to make paste
