Step:

  1. Peel boiled baby potatoes and prick them with fork.

  2. Take a pan, heat oil in a pan pour potatoes shallow fry them until golden brown.

  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and onion and garlic paste fry them till golden brown fry it for 2-3 minutes add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder or kasoori methi. Mix well.Stir continuously until oil start to separate, for around 2-3 minutes..

  4. Now add tomato puree mix again and cook until oil come out add 1/2 cup milk mix for 2 minutes add salt or potatoes mix well and 1/2 glass water cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Now add 1 spoon fresh cream or malai.Mix it add Garam masala, coriander leaves mix well.. Turns off the flame and transfer to it serving bowl.

  6. Serve with chapati or puri.

  3. 2 big tomato puree
  4. 2 green chillies chopped
  5. Some Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  6. 1 spoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 spoon coriander powder
  10. 1/2 spoon cumin seeds
  11. 1 spoon garam masala
  12. 2 bay leaves
  13. 1 spoon kasoori methi
  14. As needed Oil
  15. 1/2 cup milk
  16. 1 spoon fresh cream
