Step:
First of all mix all the boiled, mashed, shredded, crumbled, chopped veggies in a large mixing bowl.add all the spices along with salt and paprika.give a nice mix to combine everything very well.keep the mixture aside
Take a big deep vessel and pour 1 glass full of water in it and set a Stainless Steel strainer over it..Flame on and let the water bring to a boil
Take bread slices and trim out the edges with the help of scissor or a knife and lay down on Stainless Steel strainer to steam up the slices for about 2 minutes
Take out the steamed bread slice from strainer and flatten it on a flattening surface with the help of a rolling pin go through the same flattening process with all steamed slices one by one and keep aside
Mix refined flour/maida in 2-3 spoons of normal water without any lumps formed make a sticking paste/glue type consistency And keep aside
Making of pockets: Take a steamed flattened bread slice, put a spoon of veggies mixture in the middle of the slice and brush the refined flour/maida solution at the edges of the slice..gently press the veggies mixture and start folding the bread slice giving the shape of a packet prepare all the veggies bread pockets with same process
Heat oil in a deep non stick frying pan and fry all the pockets(in badges of 2-3 pieces at a time) in hot oil till golden brown..drain on an absorbent towel napkin to absorb the excess oil
Your mix veggies bread pockets are ready for mini party
Transfer in a bone china white plate and serve super hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney also for fantastic taste
For long and big party arrangements increase the quantity of ingredients according the number of snacks u have to prepare and number of guests u invite(be careful about the proportion of veggies and spices while adding in the mixture for best taste and flavour)
