  1. Saut onions, jalapeos, meat and garlic (for 10mins)

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 can Tomato juice
  2. 2 lbs sausage sliced (Cajun sausage)
  3. 1 (15 oz) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  4. 1 (15 oz) stewed tomatoes
  5. Dash hot sauce
  6. 3 cans bushes grilling baked beans I use bourbon and drown sugar
  7. 1 diced onion
  8. 1 Jalapeo diced
  9. to taste Salt and pepper
  10. 1 tablespoon garlic (I use the jar garlic that you keep in the Refrigerator)
