Step:

  1. Blend ur washed clean rice and add come cubes of tuwon shinkafa inside blend again till smooth

  2. Add ur maize powder mix well add yeast add sugar add bkpowder mix keep for 3hrs

  3. Add oil to the masa fryer add some scoop of masa mixture and fry let the both side have a golden brown colour

  4. Done
