Step:

  1. Cream sugar with margarine

  2. Add the eggs one at a time

  3. Add essence

  4. Sift flour with baking n bicarbonate of soda

  5. Fold in flour with a spatula

  6. Pour into a greased baking tin n bake in a preheated oven for 40-50mins @180 degrees.

  7. Let it cool in a wire rack n decorate.

  4. 10 ml Vanilla essence
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  7. 250 margarine
  8. Grated white chocolate for topping
  9. Whipping cream
  10. Sprinkle's
