Step:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes in wedges keep it in cold water

  2. Heat oil in pan add wedges to fry add little salt and fry till golden in colour completely crispy keep it on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil sprinkle rest of salt and mixed herbs

  3. Serve with tomato ketchup
