Step:

  1. 1st of all chop all the veggies for Manchurian balls finely in food processor. Keep some finely chopped vegetables for gravy.

  2. Now mix all the ingredients as said above in ingredients list. Add corn flour and maida and mix well. Make small balls from the mix and deep fry them...

  3. For the gravy. Heat butter in pan and add ginger garlic paste and let it sautte for a while and add green onions and let it sautte too. Now add some veggies and tomato puree and cook well for about 5 to 7 mins. Add all the sauces and powdered masalas as said above and add some water. Cover and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.

  4. Now as per your desired consistency keep the thickness of the gravy. Add some water and fried Manchurian balls. Let it simmer for a while. Garnish with dry fenugreek and coriander leaves and serve hot.

  1. 1 medium size onion
  2. 1 capsicum
  3. 2 carrots
  4. 2 tsp each corn flour and maida/ all purpose flour
  5. 1/2 tsp Red chilli sauce and soy souce
  6. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and flacks
  8. 1Pinch turmeric powder
  9. to taste Salt and pepper
  10. 2 For gravy green onions
  11. 2 tomatoes blanched and pureed
  12. 2 tsp butter
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce and soy sauce
  14. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and coriander powder
  15. to taste Salt and pepper
  16. as needed Dry fenugreek and Coriander leaves to garnish
