Bacon Cilantro Scrambled Eggs #authormarathon

Slice bacon into strips, add to pan with little oil

Cook bacon until browned and cooked through. Place cooked bacon on plate

In same pan you cooked bacon add onions and fry till browned

Add tomatoes cook until softened

Add cilantro

Add salt black pepper and cayenne

Once tomato onion mixture cooked add eggs into the pan

Scramble the eggs to your desired doneness
