  1. Prep all ingredients

  3. Pre heat oven to 400'

  4. Lay out 2 pieces of puff pastry place a line of mix in center and brush egg around edges place top and seal then brush more egg on top

  5. Bake for approximately 20 mins or until golden brown....I could have baked mine a little longer
