Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Peel, cut and boil the potato

  2. In a separate dish, take the mixed vegetables, sprinkle a little salt on it and microwave on high for 5 minutes. The vegetables should be Al dente (half cooked)

  3. Put the vegetable in an oven proof dish

  4. Open the tinned fish, separate and chunk into the oven proof dish

  5. Add the tomato to the oven proof dish and mix. Also add in salt and pepper

  6. Mash the potato, add cream and salt

  7. Put the mash over the mixture

  8. Pour over the bread crumbs and add cheese of you like

  9. Put in the oven on 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes then on 190 for another 10 minutes

  10. Remove from oven and let it set before serving

  11. Once ready to set, cut and serve!

Ingredients

  1. 800 g tomato pilchards
  2. 6 medium sized potatoes
  3. 70 ml cream
  4. To taste salt
  5. To taste pepper
  6. 70 g mixed vegetables
  7. 200 g chopped tomato (canned if you like)
  8. 50 g bread crumbs
