Reusing left over cake....Cake ice cream

Crumble your cake.. You can use your hands or a food processor..add oreos if you have

Put the crumbled in a clean bowl and add your condensed milk

Add your whipped cream..and essence..I used strawberry essence

Mix everything till well combined

Freeze it for 4 hrs or more..or overnight.... Cover with a cling film

Hours later

I prefer mine in a semi-solid state..scoop,serve and garnish
