Step:

  1. At first mash the Potatoes and corn

  2. Mix all the masalas and form tikki

  3. Heat pan add butter and shallow fry the tikkistikki

  4. Cut the buns into halves toast it with butter

  5. Apply mayonnaise on it

  6. Place the tikki over and pour ketchup at the top

  7. Cover it with another portion of bun and serve

Ingredients

  1. 2 buns
  2. 1/2 cup corn potato boiled
  3. 1/4 tsp roasted masala powder
  4. 1/4 tsp dry mint leaves crush
  5. 1/4 tsp ginger crush
  6. 2 tsp veg mayonise
  7. 2 tbsp butter
  8. 2 tsp tomato ketchup
