Step:

  1. Grind chocolate chip cookies to crumbs

  2. Add melted butter to crumbs and mix well

  3. Add crumbs to pie dish and level it evenly to bottom and sides

  4. Chill crust for 30 minutes

  5. Add chocolate ice-cream and level evenly

  6. Cover with wrap and freeze for 5-6 hours

  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings. alternatively whipped cream with chocolate can also be used

  8. Slice and serve cold

Ingredients

  1. 200 g chocolate chip cookies
  2. 100 g melted Butter
  3. 500 ml chocolate ice-Cream adjust
  4. 1/4 cup Chocolate shavings to garnish - adjust
  5. 1/2 cup whipped Cream to garnish optional
