Italian Sausage Bread

Cook sausage meat until done. Set aside to cool.

When meat is cool, in a food processor, chop sausage meat and pepperoni into tiny pieces.

Pre heat oven to 350.

Place meat mixture into a large bowl. Add cheese and mix well.

Flour dough and stretch or roll into a large rectangle.

Place mixture onto dough leaving 1/2 inch all around. Roll like a jelly roll, tucking in sides as you go.

Place on a cookie sheet, seam down. Baste with egg wash.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden. Let sit for 5 minutes. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
