Step:

  1. Add the onion, pepper and mixed veg to a bowl

  2. Fold a piece of foil to make a parcel - see video linked above

  3. Add ingredients from the bowl into the parcel. Add in meat if desired and a large spoonful of stock.

  4. Fold the parcel to seal and place on the fire for 20 minutes turning half way.

  5. Remove carefully and serve.
