How To Create Avocado Rose

Slice Avocado in half. Make sure the avocado is firm but not too ripe as it will be difficult to form a rose or even squish

Peel the skin off one of the avocado halfs

Set it flat on the chopping board

Slice the whole avocado to the end. Slice as thinly as you can

Fan out the avocado slices so that they can form a long line that has slices overlapping each other

Starting from one end curl avocado slices towards the center

Continue to curl the avocado slices into the center until you get a rose like shape
