  2. Deseed the tomatoes cut into julliennes

  3. Grate the carrots.shred the lettuce

  4. Cut the onions into jullienes

  5. Make a vinegrette of choice i normally make mine withvinegar n salt

  6. In a bowl add the shredded lettuce or cabbage,tomato,carrots,croutons,add vinegrette
