Step:

  1. In a large bowl Stir together pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple.

  2. Gently stir in cool whip , marshmallows , coconut , nuts.Stir just until combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Chill for a couple hours.

  3. NOTE: IF you do not like shredded coconut. Just leave it out and use coconut cream pudding instead of vanilla.

Ingredients

  1. 1 - (3.4 oz. vanilla instant pudding or coconut cream) mix
  2. 1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple ( do not drain )
  3. 1-8 oz. container cool whip - thawed
  4. 2 cups mini marshmallows
  5. 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut - optional
  6. 1/2 cup chopped pecans - optional
