Step:

  1. Wash and chop spinach (finely)

  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add the eggs. whisk all together

  4. Put the mixture in silicon moulds. steam for 3 mins each batch. (set of 3 batches). you can use cupcake silicon moulds as well. let it cool. then gently remove from moulds and serve with ketchup.

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 cup spinach(finely chopped)
  3. 1 tomato (deseeded and chopped)
  4. 1 onion finely chopped
  5. 2 cube Amul cheese
  6. 2 tbsp Amul cream
  7. to taste salt
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. 1 tsp oil
