Dice the onions into cubes

Grate Cheese

Grate the potatoes n put in a cloth n squeeze all the water

In a big bowl mix all the ingredients.

Heat 50gms oil in a non stick pan

Then take the mixture on ur palm n flatten like patties n put into the pan.

Let them cook to golden yellow colour.

Serve Hot with Chutney of ur choice.

We used Tamarind chutney
